I’m a freelance photographer based in Auckland, New Zealand.

Originally, I studied design at Whitecliffe College. More recently, I completed some post grad studies at AUT, focusing on Experience Design and I have a New Zealand Diploma of Photography. For the past 25 years I've worked as a design industry professional in New Zealand and overseas.

 

Whatever the genre, I’ve always been captivated by photographs and the stories – real or imagined – behind them. It’s gratifying to see and hear people’s reactions when I manage to capture a moment that resonates. Especially sporting moments.

 

Eddy Merckx, winner of eleven Grand Tours has a great philosophy about cycling. I do my best to apply it to photography - and riding my bike.
